Our mentoring is carried out to empower, guide, benefit and open key doors for all young people, to achieve a brighter and secure future.
Our aims and purpose is to work with young people within the community, Academies, Youth Offending services and the West Midlands Police whose needs are more complex than most.

Our mentoring and engagement of mentoring is used to identify and create various programmes and relationships which aims to build the skills and well-being of young people by opening positive doors to achieve goals through the implementation of our team who are skilled, have clear knowledge of mentoring and experience of being within their shoes.
Empire Coaching's mentoring is carried out either 1:1, small nurturing groups or big groups of 6-10.
Empire Coaching understands mentoring may occur either as natural mentoring, whereby a sub-stained relationship develops, organically and naturally between the young person and mentor to a planned mentoring, when a relationship is purposefully created.
Our mentoring varies and reaches those in different situations, not only do we work closely with the young person we also work with families and referrers closely as it is important all aspects of the young persons' development and progression is shared.
We strongly believe by implementing and incorporating the correct safeguarding and mentoring procedures and programmes, creates safer children and young people to become successful individuals, by breaking down their barriers of what they face on a day to day basis.
OUR WORKSHOPS
BE A LEADER NOT A FOLLOWER
Created by the founders of Empire Coaching - The programme be a leader not a follower is about giving young people a chance to gain skills that they may already have but don't seem to use them in the right ways.
We will gain them basic work skills as well as life skills. The course aims to give the young people a chance at becoming and entrepreneur through creating their own logo design and having them printed on clothing items which they can sell LEGALLY
We hope this platform gives them a better chance in life. Our mentoring implemented alongside the programme will assist them to steer away from criminal activities and lifestyles they seem to have come across.
We work closely with the young people by having a mentor(s) and the graphic designer working in small groups, groups of 6-8 and 1-to-1 sessions.
Empire Coaching Believe:
The Empire Brain is the part of our brain that is not scared, and when your Reptile Brain tries to stop or cancel your thought process, the Empire builder will take over.

We base our cost on the level of need and intervention requires - our hourly rate is £45 per hour, again dependable upon the intervention and wrap around service required.
Again we tailor to individual needs, and work with a nurturing and person centred approach with all young people we mentor.
