Our ethos here at Empire Coaching is to ensure that every young resident has the maximum ability, capacity and forum to draw and excel their talents to the best of their abilities. To be a leading provider of support services for young people to maximise their full potential and support them in their journey to adulthood.

Empire Coaching acknowledges the purpose and understanding of a supportive atmosphere for our young residents, whether natural or overtime, whereby a sub-stained partnership evolves, organically and inevitably, between young residents through the Empire Coaching team and services we offer. The services at Empire Coaching are intended to introduce a secure culture and sense of identity to the needs of young residents, as we value the fact that every young resident is different and every child matters.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Firstly

Empire Coaching's services will be built to inspire, lead, benefit and unlock key doors for all young residents to create a better and more prosperous future.

Our mission is to collaborate with the young resident's community, Academies,

the Youth Offending Services and the West Midlands Police. Our clients and referrals vary from Juvenile Justice, Child Protection, Mental Health, High Risk, Young Women, Vocational Development, County-lines, Grooming, Lack of self-esteem, Lack of Confidence and any other needs.

Our primary desire is to improve results for vulnerable young people who are transitioning to early adulthood, We ensure that our values below represent our service delivery. Our aim is to make a comfortable, secure living environment for all young people, to empower and promote all young residents self-esteem and sense of belonging, not just within the accommodation, also within the local community. Empire Coaching will offer a comfortable, positive and nurturing environments, while respecting young residents needs and privacy.

PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE

Via our rewards and incentives, we are empowering our young residents to see and achieve their maximum potential for successful early adult transition.

At Empire Coaching, we aim to remove the funnel from fragile young people to complex adults as we say "It's easier to create strong children than restore fractured adults"

We praise and celebrate all the accomplishments our young residents have set out to succeed and conquer, no matter how little. We promote their development in self-confidence and self-reliance by setting practical targets to be accomplished, which is achieved inline with their weekly baselines and monthly support sessions.

SOCIETY & COMMUNITY READY

We have strategies in place that are customised to each young resident to become Tenancy/Mortgage ready within their communities. These are achieved by the following:

1) Weekly budgeting planners/ Food shopping list, linking to out-goings when living independently after being with Empire Coaching

2). Discussions in support sessions / mentoring sessions around the cost of living.

3) Opportunities to mirror and experience daily adulthood activities such as (cooking, gardening, using house hold appliances eg - washing machines etc)

Above are also achieved in enrichments such as one to one and group mentoring sessions, and naturally through communication.
